He also pastors Victory at Christ Church, located on the west side of Baltimore City and The River at Revival Mission Church in South Baltimore. He is a true worshipper, not only called to pastor, but also to be a prophetic voice to the nations.

Pastor Smith is called and committed to pushing people into purpose and developing an army of leaders. He serves as Pastor, mentor, and advisor to many churches and pastors throughout the country.
